VBS 2018 - Embrace the Fruits of the Spirit

{Embrace the Fruits of the Spirit} is a week-long VBS curriculum designed to help children discover the fruits of the spirit and how to apply them in their daily lives - ALL while exploring Cuba, Haiti, Jamaica, the Dominican Republic, and Colombia.  Each lesson contains a letter from a child that lives in the Caribbean, a story from the Bible that demonstrates a fruit of the spirit, AND themed songs, games, crafts, Latin American children's literature, science lessons about ecology and conservation, and snacks!   We will be working all week to tie in the UCC 3 Great Loves:  love of neighbor, love of children, and love of creation!

This curriculum, based on Global Ministries’ Caribbean Initiative, is designed to help our children see how their faith is connected to real children and real places in the world today. The daily lessons make every effort to build cultural connections throughout the week to enhance children’s understanding of the region.

We can't wait to spend the week with you embracing the fruits of the spirit!
